I absolutely loved staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The location, right on the banks of the Nam Khan river, was breathtaking. The hotel is nestled inside a green garden, creating a serene and peaceful environment. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always making me feel welcome and attended to. On top of that, the room I stayed in was spacious and very comfortable, providing me with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The hotel also offered great amenities, including room service, car and bicycle hire, and even a doctor on call. The beautiful layout of the buildings and the excellent service delivered by the staff truly made my stay here unforgettable.
I highly recommend this place to everyone!

Nice and relaxing landscape. The Irish assistant manager was very helpful and tried her best to make our stay more convenient. Free bicycle, free internet and free shuttle bus to/from airport are value added.
- Location: The resort is very near to the airport and thus, we can hear a lot of very loud noises from the airplanes, both taking off and landing, during the day time (since there is only one runway at the airport). Also, it is seperated with downtown by the old wooden bridge, which is quite inconvenient to walk in the evening. One more point: do not stay at B1 and B2 (which we stayed) if you can't stand the noise of the traffic from the street and bridge, which can be quite noisy. Breakfast: there are plenty of room to improve with their breakfast.

The hotel’s location by the river is stunning, providing a peaceful atmosphere and beautiful scenery. The free bike rental was a great way to explore the area, and the spacious and comfortable rooms were a highlight. the staff’s friendly service made the stay even more enjoyable.
The lack of privacy in the bathroom with no door and insufficient covering felt uncomfortable. While the hotel was quiet, the food and beverage department could use some improvement in menu options and freshness.

After just arriving from Hanoi where service and the staff were poor, we were extremely happy with all that we received from Le Bel Air. Staff are lovely and extremely helpful. The accommodation is really beautiful.

Extremely nice, friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful tropical garden. Very good food at the restaurant at reasonable prices. Free bicycles.
The room design is special. I had a bungalow with open bath right in the room which I did not really like. Water pressure in the shower very low. Toilet in the room has no ceiling which I found very strange. For a 3-star hotel prices are too expensive.

Charming oasis with friendly staff. the resort had a colonial style design and was well-maintained, with a spacious and comfortable room. We enjoyed the pool, which had a great view of the surrounding area. the breakfast was tasty and had plenty of options. the staff were helpful and went out of their way to ensure we had an enjoyable stay.
Slightly inconvenient location. the hotel was not located in the center, but we were able to walk to town in about 15 minutes.

the loction at the river was fantastic. the old brisge is next to the hotel so tou are quicker in town wqalking than by car or tuk-tuk. the hotel has a nice restaurant.its the nicest internet place I have ever seen, looking to the town on the shore of a lakr in the open., althoughj water is limited in Laos the bath tube was a swimming pool,
everything is even for asian circumstances too slow. the breakfeast starts from 7, but really starts at 8. the bike rental is free but takes too long. the english is weak and understanding poor.

The hotel's location is just outside the city centre, but it's within easy walking access if you don't mind crossing on a slightly dodgy bridge. the French bridge is also quite close to everything. the rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated, with comfortable king, size beds and quality bed linen. the towels are large and fluffy, and turndown service is provided every evening. the breakfast buffet is more than adequate, and an additional cooked, to, order ala carte dish is available.
The hotel's additional services were quite expensive.

The staff were extremely kinda and very welcoming. The breakfast was great and the rooms were perfect, equipped with fan and air conditioner, safe and mini bar. We liked the free shuttle service to the center and they were kind enough to take us at any time. At the end of our stay we asked about a small little item they used at the hotel, where did they get it and where could we buy it, it was something out of the ordinary and to our surprise the manager let us have it as a gift. It was really nice of them. We had a great time!
